LEGALITY:
It is your responsibility to know the legality of the items you are ordering. Some items in this online store may be restricted to adults only, or may be restricted from purchasing or owning in the area where you live. These items include ammunition, firearms, and some magazines. You can only place an order if you agree to and accept the following:
- To receive ammunition someone 21 years or older, will be required to sign for the package when it is delivered. Adults between 18-20 cannot order handgun ammunition, but can order rifle or shotgun ammunition only with the understanding that someone else over the age of 21 would need to receive and sign for it.
- You agree that you are not prohibited from purchasing or owning these products by any local, state, or federal laws regarding your criminal background, drug use, domestic violence protective orders, or other prohibitions.
- Firearms are only sent to a licensed FFL dealer and you must have permission from the transferring FFL Dealer before ordering and federal background checks are required when you pickup the applicable items. Davi’s MUST have a copy of the dealer’s FFL prior to shipping the firearm.
- You understand some of these items can be dangerous when misused and you accept full responsibility and liability for the safe use and storage of these items. A licensed gunsmith must certify all firearms safe before using or firing.
- Ammunition contains lead. Exposure to lead may result in adverse health conditions. Discharging firearms in poorly ventilated areas or the cleaning of firearms may result in exposure to lead. Use sufficient ventilation when firing and wash your hands after handling any firearm or ammunition.
ORDERING PROCEDURES:
- Your billing address entered MUST match the billing address for the credit card you are using. If it does not, your order will be delayed or canceled.
- At the present time, billing and shipping address must be the same in order to submit an online order or your order will be cancelled. If you would like to purchase an item and have it delivered to a different address, you may contact Davi’s during our normal business hours to arrange an alternate payment method.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:
If, for any reason, a Davi’s product is mistakenly listed Davi’s reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed. Davi’s reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Davi’s shall issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the charge.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All items are shipped from Davi’s via United Parcel Service (UPS) and require an adult signature (over 21) for receipt of goods. Please make sure you have made arrangements to accommodate the receipt of your merchandise. You will receive an email from Davi’s documenting the UPS tracking number to help determine the delivery date.
Davi’s only ships to the continental USA.
If you are in North Carolina, a 7.75% sales tax is automatically calculated for your order.
Firearms ONLY ship to an FFL holder. If you do not have an FFL (Federal Firearms License) then you must find one in your area to do the transfer for you, and you must get their permission first then enter their address as the shipping address on your order. Davi’s MUST have a copy of the dealer’s FFL on file prior to shipping the firearm.
Due to UPS requirements, all firearms must ship separately from ammunition and will incur an additional freight charge.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:HI-CAPACITY MAGAZINES
It is your responsibility to know the legality of the items you are ordering.
California, Massachusetts, Chicago, and Washington DC - no mags over 10rd capacity.
New Jersey - no mags over 15rd capacity and no hollow point ammunition.
Maryland - no mags over 20rd capacity.
New York - no mags over 10rd capacity made after 1994.
Firearms with hi cap magazines being sent to the above locations will be sent without the magazines at the same normal selling price.
FIREARMS RESTRICTIONS:
It is your responsibility to know the legality of the items you are ordering.
California - Handguns must be approved by CA DOJ, C&R handguns are sent to FFL dealers only, not direct to C&R holder. No AR Type Rifles
Massachusetts - Handguns made after 1997 must be approved by MA DOJ, and C&R handguns are sent to FFL dealers only, not direct to C&R holder. NO AR TYPE RIFLES.
Maryland - new handguns only allowed with fired case. New York - new handguns only allowed with fired case, C&R handguns are sent to FFL dealers only, not direct to C&R holder, No assault rifles.
New Jersey - C&R handguns are sent to FFL dealers only, not direct to C&R holder.
Connecticut - Certain AR type rifles are not allowed please check local laws.
Illinois - FOID card for the buyer (customer, dealer, or C&R holder) must be on file. Washington DC - no firearms.
RETURN INFORMATION:
PROPER IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR IN STORE RETURNS - A valid State issued license or valid State issued Photo ID is required for ALL in store returns.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR RECEIPT FOR 30 DAYS TO RETURN SELECT MERCHANDISE.
If you return an item to Davi's, only STORE CREDIT is given for the original purchase price. Special Orders and Closeout Sale items are NOT ELIGIBLE for return. No refunds or returns on ammunition, knives, safes, or magazine purchases.
If you return an item purchased from Davi's Online Webstore, you will receive a STORE CREDIT for the original purchase price, less shipping.
ADDITIONAL WARNINGS!
ALL AMMUNITION BUYERS SHOULD RECEIVE PROPER INSTRUCTION AND TRAINING IN THE CORRECT USE OF THESE PRODUCTS BEFORE USING THEM.
KNIVES CAN BE DANGEROUS IF IMPROPERLY HANDLED.
PLEASE STORE ALL KNIVES, FIREARMS, AMMUNITION, AND OTHER PERSONAL DEFENSE ITEMS IN A SECURE PLACE, SUCH AS A LOCKED SAFE OR CABINET!
